Search for "free png images" on a search site and you can download and use endless images from many free image sites. Here are links to some websites that offer free png images.

If you upload a decorative image (png format) you created, you can share it with other users.
(Decorate your favorite celebrity photos and share them...)

In the Orange app, you can create a PNG image by saving it without selecting a background image in 'Photo Decoration'.
